Incredible Basketball Shot
I’ve seen crazy shots like this before on YouTube but this one from last Saturday has to be the best. He rebounds it and then throws it nearly full court and well, I’ll let you see for yourself.

I don’t know why I find this video so funny or how I managed to actually watch the full hour, but I just couldn’t stop laughing. Watching these three guys stumble through trying to fly an incredibly realistic version of an airplane just cracks me up.

2001 Ford Mustang GT
After two months of driving a beater in order to get good at driving stick and better at driving in general, I’ve moved on to a significantly better car — a 2001 Ford Mustang GT. I picked it up last Saturday night and it has a 260 horsepower V8 with a 5 speed stick shift. It is amazingly fun to drive and is really quick (at least to me, heh).

Here’s some video I made using my GoPro. It looks like I’m going slower than I actually am due to the wide angle lens and because I have it mounted on the top of my windshield.
Star Time-Lapse Video From The Very Large Telescope
As you may be aware, I’m a big fan of time-lapse star videos. They’re so beautiful and remind me just how insignificant we are in the big scheme of things.
The following one is made from a series of photographs by Stéphane Guisard and José Francisco Salgado of the European Southern Observatory that were taken at the Very Large Telescope in the Chilean desert.
I strongly recommend watching it in fullscreen and 720p HD.
