Man I Hate iTunes

More fun experiences with iTunes today. Trying to upgrade my iPod Touch’s firmware after manually downloading iTunes 8.0 (automatic update kept failing) only to find I need to upgrade to iTunes 8.0 from 8.0 in order to upgrade my firmware.
Clicking on “Download iTunes” does nothing. Awesome.
That Itunes screen shot certainly makes your site look perdy, but agree, Itunes does suck the big one.

Itunes sucks big times.
Do you know about ml_ipod. It’s a Winamp plugin where you can drag&drop files onto (and from) your Ipod.
Much better and simpler ;-)

I too am thinking of getting a Nano 16gb. I don’t really like iTunes but it’s halfway decent. Think I’ll look for that ml_ipod thingy mentioned above. I’m old skool so i like drag and dropping into folders.
