After two months of driving a beater in order to get good at driving stick and better at driving in general, I’ve moved on to a significantly better car — a 2001 Ford Mustang GT. I picked it up last Saturday night and it has a 260 horsepower V8 with a 5 speed stick shift. It is amazingly fun to drive and is really quick (at least to me, heh).

Here’s some video I made using my GoPro. It looks like I’m going slower than I actually am due to the wide angle lens and because I have it mounted on the top of my windshield. 😉

And I think that Micover you put on your GoPro doesnt seem to work the way you expected, am I right? The video is good but had to mute in order to watch! : (
You should hear the wind noise without the fuzzy Microver. That’s actually an improvement! 😆
To be fair though I had the windows down and it sounded pretty much exactly like that to my ear so I don’t blame it for recording lots of wind noise because there actually was a lot of it.
I’m going to try other mounting locations but most likely I’m just going to have to separately record audio using a little portable audio recorder mounted inside the car or something and then replace the audio on the video.
