All active and recently active plugins are stored in two rows in your wp_options table.

Is there a way by which you can get a list of all plugins that you had on the website if you lost all your installation files but still have the database intact?

Man this is not a good situation to be in.

Now you atleast know your backup settings aren`t working.
Good to know. But its rather good to know if you don`t have problems.
