h1Viper’s Video Quicktags v4.0.0 Released!

I’ve updated my Video Quicktags plugin. It’s been recoded from the ground up. Many bugs were addressed and more video sites were added.

The changelist is rather large, so just go update and see for yourself what’s new. You’ll like it. :)

  1. Thanks, Viper! v4.0.0 has added everything that I was hoping for, like the centered videos and links in the feeds, and even more to this already outstanding plugin!

  3. Viper you own as always man I was just gonna ask you to add some video sites to the plugin but you already got it handled :)

    Need to add one more for me tho! Can we get dailymotion.com added?

    Can’t, the embed URL has nothing in common with the URL in your address bar. :(

  5. Hey Viper, I noted the new version 4.0. When I looked at this page,
    http://www.viper007bond.com/wordpress-plugins/vipers-video-quicktags, it said the following: Version 4.0.0 — Not recommended for non-testing use due to bugs, released on December 15th, 2006

    Does this mean, that it’s not a good idea to download Version 4 because there are bugs in it? Or is it ready to go?

    Also, is it possible to add “Brightcoves” Videos and Revver’s Videos to the list?
    These would be two great additions as these are also strong media players.

  6. Use v3 for now. v4 has a lotta bugs I missed and need to fix.
