New WordPress Plugin: Javascript Pullquotes

I’ve written yet another plugin — Javascript Pullquotes. It’s basically a wrapper for some Javascript and CSS by Roger Johansson. It allows you to make pullquotes in your posts without duplicating any content (i.e. making them manually). This is done via Javascript and it it makes it easy to disable them later on if you wish and makes it so that duplicate content doesn’t show up in your feeds.

Google Transit

Google has a cool new beta feature for their Google Maps called Google Transit. It allows you to plan a trip just like you would on Google Maps except that it uses the public transportation system rather than your car.

It’s only available in 6 cities so far (mine included of course — we are the leading city in public transportation in the US after all), but more will be added soon apparently. :)

New Plugin — WordPress.com Admin Bar

I’ve released a new plugin. It creates an admin bar like the one that’s located at WordPress.com. Details and screenshot located at it’s homepage. Enjoy. :)

More Downtime

This site will be down overnight. My buddy is gonna install Fedora on this box. Just a head’s up. ;)

Yay, My Site Is Back!

Seems WordPress didn’t like this version of PHP5 with this version of Linux, so my friend/host reverted to PHP4 and wala! Sorry for the downtime. :)

Changing Hosts

I’ll be switching hosts over the next couple days. Expect some downtime.

Man, Bush Is Really Talented

I thought he could only beat box, but apparently he can also do a good cover of U2’s “Sunday Bloody Sunday”.
