Yes, I’m a bit behind the times, but they’re still interesting, so I’m gonna share. 
Anyway, on Google Maps is this satellite imagery of New Orleans from Wednesday, August 31st at 10 AM.
If you have Google Earth (which you should — it’s free and awesome), then check out this page which has a bunch of downloads for Google Earth that adds image overlays of the damage, new satellite views, etc. to the program. VERY insertesting stuff.

Those pictures are crazy. Pretty insane what things Mother Nature can do.
